To us, it also means uncovering treasures in consignment shops, spending hot summer weekends picking through flea markets, meeting craftsmen who can make you a farm table from 150-year-old barn wood, lining up at 7 AM for an estate sale, staying up all night filtering through online auctions and scrubbing rust off iron so that there is "just enough" patina.

Our innovative short handle design is all about the "pinch grip", widely considered by chefs and instructors as the proper way to hold a kitchen knife.  Great ergonomics and balanced design lead to more efficient chopping, slicing, and dicing!

But we're not just a knife with a small handle...

Each blade is crafted with super-strong forged German steel and double-sharpened to a razor-sharp edge.  A single piece of steel from tip to handle offers ultimate strength and durability.  And the military grade handles are non-porous, won't fade or crack, and are a breeze to keep clean.
