The MACK CLAMPS have been designed and tested here in Texas to be one of the world’s strongest clamps .  All components and design features have been carefully selected to create a well-rounded product that is unmatched.

Exact Weight!

The weight of each Mack Clamp is 1.0 pounds, about half a kilo. This means that you can add the weight of the clamps to your PR or volume training. Just add 2.0lb (or 1kg) to whatever you are lifting. This is great for micro loading, or for beginners that are looking to make small incremental progress in the gym.

Dynamic Damping!

A dynamic piston and spring system allows the Mack Clamps to absorb the shocks and vibration emitted from the weight plates as they are being dropped. This ensures the clamps don't lose any grip no matter how many reps are performed.

Rotational Freedom!

The clamp piston, which contacts the weight plates, is free to rotate. This additional rotational freedom prevents any rotational forces from the plates to be transferred to the Mack Clamps.

Contact Patch!

The contact patches of the MACK CLAMPS  have been designed to create a calculated loading surface against the barbell. The interaction between the bar and the contact patches is known as Hertzian Loading Theory, a well understood mechanical principle. Because the Contact Patches are only half an inch wide, you can put the clamp on backward when you only have half an inch of barbell sleeve left.

Axial grip on the bar sleeve!

By spacing the contact patches 120° from one another we create a uniform grip around the barbell. The equilateral triangle created ensures that bite against the barbell sleeve comes from all directions at the same time, multiplying the holding force.

Serviceable design!
