LUX Supply Club Affiliate Program Payment Terms

1. Commission Rate:

2. Payment Schedule:

   • Payments are processed on a net-30 basis, meaning affiliates are paid 30 days after the end of the month in which the qualifying sales were made.
   • Example: Sales made in January are paid by the end of February.

3. Eligible Sales:

   • Only completed, non-refunded, and non-disputed sales qualify for commission payouts. If an order is refunded or canceled, the commission on that sale will be deducted from the affiliate's balance.

4. Affiliate Payment Method:

   • Payments are made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing correct and updated payment details in their account settings.
   • Any transaction fees associated with the payment method will be deducted from the payout amount.

5. Tracking and Attribution:

   • Affiliates will receive credit for sales tracked via their unique referral link or code. The cookie window is [30 days], meaning purchases made within this timeframe will count toward the affiliate’s commission.

6. Reporting:

   • Affiliates can monitor their performance, earnings, and sales reports through the LUX Supply Club Affiliate Dashboard, updated regularly.

7. Terms of Service Agreement:

   • By participating in the LUX Supply Club Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to these payment terms and the program’s Terms of Service.
   • Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals, will be subject to termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Modification of Payment Terms:

   • LUX Supply Club reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
